Self-Care Strategies: Women-to-Women December Update

On Dec. 8, we had a Women-to-Women meeting focused on self-care strategies. We had about 20 attendees and a great discussion on different ways that women can practice self-care. 


Some women shared that they enjoyed meditation, some said exercise was a form of self-care for them, some shared that they liked listening to music, and many said that prayer was helpful for their mental health. 


This meeting was a great way to end 2023 and look ahead into 2024, ready to go into the year with self-care as a focus.
